Dinner Break/Dress/Load: 4:15 - 5:15 PM
Bus Departs:  5:30 PM

Here is some additional information about parking for the game this week at Small's Field.  Since the York Revolution will be home on Friday night, parking may be a bit of a problem.  Roger, the Athletic Director, has spoken to the Revolution with concerns that our parents will be forced to pay to park in the Small's Athletic Complex lot.  He informed us that there will be plenty of parking on William Penn's practice field and next to their tennis courts.  If you are parking in this lot, please notify the attendants that you are there to see the football game and they will not charge you. Also, as each fan enters, they will go through a metal detector which may slow down the entry.  Please plan accordingly.

Musical Instruments Needed!

Please help us spread the word!!! Due to an overwhelming response from our students to join the WY Band Programs, we are in critical need of more instruments of all types. We are looking for gently used instruments in good playing condition. If you, or someone you know has an instrument they would like to donate, please consider bringing it to the game on Band Night which is this Friday, September 21st. Instruments can be brought to the concession stand or dropped off to the Band Directors at any of the schools. For addtional information or to donate, please contact Barb at baberger_34@comcast.net.

PARENTS - We need your help! We had an awesome week last week in the concessions but we need ALL parents to volunteer for at least one game. It takes many people in the concession stand to make this possible. It's our largest fundraiser and it benefits ALL band members! During the Friday games, we need LOTS of help. We rely on parents to assist in the concession stands from early Friday afternoon until about 11 PM at night when everything is cleaned up. Please check your calendar so you can assist during one of our remaining home games. Contact Donna Nalbone to volunteer for at least one of the games. We have a great time and it's all for the band. Call Donna at 891.1417 or email her at shiekeeper@gmail.com. The sign-up sheets will be in the concession stand on Wednesday and Friday.

In addition, we are still asking for donations of the following vending sized packages of candy:

Skittles
Swedish Fish
Sour Patch Kids
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

These are our best sellers. They are sold in a 24 or 36 count box at BJs. If you don't have a membership to BJs but would like to make a donation, we can help you. Or, you can even buy a BJs gift card so we can use it toward the purchase of the candy. It's important that we are consistent with what we buy.

We are also in need of paper plates, foil sheets, sandwich and gallon sized zipper baggies as well as Duncan Hines Brownie Mix (also sold at BJs). If you can donate any of the above items or have questions, please contact Donna Nalbone. We appreciate your support.
