Here is some additional information about parking for the game this week at Small's Field.  Since the York Revolution will be home on Friday night, parking may be a bit of a problem.  Roger, the Athletic Director, has spoken to the Revolution with concerns that our parents will be forced to pay to park in the Small's Athletic Complex lot.  He informed us that there will be plenty of parking on William Penn's practice field and next to their tennis courts.  If you are parking in this lot, please notify the attendants that you are there to see the football game and they will not charge you. Also, as each fan enters, they will go through a metal detector which may slow down the entry.  Please plan accordingly.

Go Get 'em Bulldogs!

PARENTS - We need your help! We had an awesome week last week in the concessions but we need ALL parents to volunteer for at least one game. It takes many people in the concession stand to make this possible. It's our largest fundraiser and it benefits ALL band members! During the Friday games, we need LOTS of help. We rely on parents to assist in the concession stands from early Friday afternoon until about 11 PM at night when everything is cleaned up. Please check your calendar so you can assist during one of our remaining home games. Contact Donna Nalbone to volunteer for at least one of the games. We have a great time and it's all for the band. Call Donna at 891.1417 or email her at shiekeeper@gmail.com. The sign-up sheets will be in the concession stand on Wednesday and Friday.

In addition, we are still asking for donations of the following vending sized packages of candy:

Skittles
Swedish Fish
Sour Patch Kids
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

These are our best sellers. They are sold in a 24 or 36 count box at BJs. If you don't have a membership to BJs but would like to make a donation, we can help you. Or, you can even buy a BJs gift card so we can use it toward the purchase of the candy. It's important that we are consistent with what we buy.

We are also in need of paper plates, foil sheets, sandwich and gallon sized zipper baggies as well as Duncan Hines Brownie Mix (also sold at BJs). If you can donate any of the above items or have questions, please contact Donna Nalbone. We appreciate your support.

WEST YORK BAND UPDATE

It's that time again for West York Band updates and we have plenty to go

around! Please take the time to read ALL of them.

* First and foremost....don't forget to pick up your sandwiches on

Thursday, March 31 at the middle school cafeteria from 3pm to 6pm.

Call Sue Brindle with questions: 764-6758.

* The next band booster meeting will be Monday, May 2 at 7:00pm in

the high school band room. At this meeting we will hold our Booster

Club Election of Officers. To date we are still looking for a

co-president, vice-president, and treasurer. Without these positions

filled the booster club may cease to exist the way it has in the past.

These positions are not that demanding of your time and there are lots

of folks here to support and help you along the way. If you are

interested or have questions about any of these positions please

contact Beth Brickner at bulldogsband@aol.com.

* Another area of concern is the abundance of students who have

outstanding obligations to the booster club organization. These range

from payments for band camp, fund raisers, insufficient funds for

checks written to our organization, etc. Non-payment may result with

an appointment with Ms. May.

* The all school musical is this weekend, April 1, 2 and 3. Come

out and see our talented students put on a moving rendition of

"Brigadoon" Friday and Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 2:30pm. Tickets

can be purchased at the door. Costs are Adults: $9.00 Sr. Citizens

and Students: $7.00.

* Jazz Night is April 15 at 8:00pm in the high school cafeteria.

Come enjoy a night out with the jazz ensemble and great food! See any

jazz ensemble member for tickets or contact Mr. Eyster. Adults:

$6.00 Students: $3.00 Jazz Ensemble Parents: Your help is

needed to make this night a success for our students. We are still

awaiting replies from numerous parents about their food selection for

that night. We need this information ASAP so we can plan accordingly.

Contact Cheryl Zearfoss at 792-7795.

* Our band program/yearbook is underway and we need your ads and

pictures to share by April 9. Pictures will be returned and will be

used in the program and our annual DVD production. Submit pictures to

Rachel Carter at ertztcarter@comcast.net. Questions about the ads

contact Cheryl Zearfoss at 792-7795.

* The band banquet is set for May 18. Keep your eyes open for

details coming your way in the next few weeks!

Lots to do even as the year comes to an end!
